Abstract

This poster shows the positive relationship between art and anxiety. Everyone handles stress and anxiety in different ways, art being one method. Art is often used as a therapeutic strategy. Art can be used to improve communication, grades, social skills, etc. All of which can be affected by high stress levels. The research conducted shows a multitude of interviews with high school art students and how they feel art has impacted their stress levels in a positive or negative way.
