Description

The evaporator pan is used to boil the maple sap which has been collected from the sugar maple trees. The nearly finished syrup is shown in the front of the pan; the raw sap comes in on the red tube in the upper part of the photo. We tap the trees and drains through the taps into plastic tubing attached to the maple trees.
